About the Owner
Emily Hanka’s life-long passion is guiding individuals and groups to reach and exceed their goals. Since 1998, she’s been leading and facilitating team-building, leadership development, group development and communication trainings and corporate team building as a business consultant, professional coach, communication director, retreat director, and workshop facilitator.
She is trained in Adlerian Psychology, organizational leadership and systems thinking, which are keys to her success with individuals and groups. She believes no one can be considered outside of their contexts, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and we are more influential and successful in reaching our goals when we are in relationship with one another.
As a certified Wilderness First Responder with her B.S. in Environmental Education and her Master of Arts in Management Consulting and Organizational Leadership (Adler Graduate School), Emily’s thorough knowledge of and expertise in ecological, biological, psychological and organizational thinking is an asset to whomever she partners with.
She is also an associate with Phoenix Process Consultants, where she has a professional team of support and resources to guide individuals, teams and organizations toward wellness (link to
